What You Can Expect
Outdoor workout
Breathing fresh air while training is one of the best! Losing weight or gaining muscles. Plus you will get to know how to workout on Outdoor equipment!
Small Groups
You will receive personal attention in a small group of a maximum of 10 people, which creates a nice community. Our coaches stimulate and motivate you during the training.
For every level
Beginner or advanced, our workouts are created according to the attendee list 🙂 We are having close attention to your injuries from the past, goal and fitness level so everyone can participate.
Stick together
We are the gym with no sleeping members! If you do not show up for the training, we will message you and we contact you if you have not been there for two weeks!
Personal care
Your health and safety is always a priority for me as your personal trainer, whether we’re live streaming or in-person in Kungälv/Göteborg
Online schedule
More than 20 live workout sessions available to book, both outdoor and via Zoom, which you can access from any device.
Training videos
Offline workout videos are available with every package for any fitness level.

Wonderful training applicable for both beginners and the advanced ones. A must for all those, who work from home and need a break but don’t have the time to pack and get out to the gym. Easily accessible online but still with the feeling of personal training, where the trainer advises you on how to improve your posture/technique while you do the exercises. 30 minutes of the training is sufficient to feel the exercise effort but to be able to function the rest of the day. 4 sets of training in the week were perfect to create a schedule that can be maintained without a huge planning effort.

Such an amazing training! Just 12 programs and I couldn't believe in my own results. Many beginners are joining the gym to go for group training and seek motivation. But It cost so much and you need to travel anyway. I have been motivated and unmotivated constantly! But after joining this virtual gym with Hanna I really wanted to continue. She kept me motivated via training or e-mails... Amazing...
